Before You Reach Out

  • Is there a charge for the on-site quote?

No. Every quote is free and no-obligation. We'll look at the problem in person and give you upfront pricing before any work begins.

  • Can I call after hours or on weekends?

Yes. We're open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can give us a call any time, day or night.

  • What should I include in my request?

A few details help us prepare: what you're noticing (like slow drains, odors, or a soggy yard), when it started, and the property address. If you know when your tank was last pumped, include that too.

  • Can you give me a second opinion on a replacement quote?

Yes. We'll evaluate your system on-site and tell you whether a repair can do the job before we talk about replacement.

  • What areas do you serve?

We serve residential customers in Chattanooga, TN and throughout Hamilton County, including Collegedale, Ooltewah, Hixson, and Middle Valley.
